Excellent range of well built phone covers and great customer service too

Many iphones ago, I purchased my first Tech21 case, because it was the only decent looking case available. Many phones later Tech21 is the only case I will buy.

I bought a Tech 21 case for my prior MacBook in 2014 and have replaced it with a refurbished 2020 one recently. I looked everywhere for a case, ordered 2, returned them and then went to the tech 21 site to see if they had anything available for this machine. They did! Only 2 options, wasn’t crazy about the colors but in the end ordered one anyway abd happy I did. To be honest I’m not sure the quality is as great as the old one I had, but it’s orders of magnitude than anything else I looked at! Service / shipping quick, and I’m happy with the purchase.

iPhone 14 screen protector is absolutely awful. It leaves a 2mm gap around the edge and the front camera is fully exposed. I’ve had it a week and already it’s built up dirt and dust around the edges to the point it looks like an old phone.

Babe, you have my money, you should have told me beforehand that words of affirmation was your payment style.

This case has protected my iPhone from numerous falls but my son decided to throw it down the balcony (approx 5 metres high) and the back of the phone cracked due to the impact, the front and the camera were intact. Not completely scratch resistant either as mine has a few scratches (pre fall).

I ordered a case from tech 21 unfortunately it arrived with scratches all on the inside so straight away offerd a refund or replacement great company great customer service

Looked for product on their website, ordered and had very good and efficient service

I have filled out a return label twice and not once have o heard back from you guys. Just wanted to return a phone case that I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my husband. Currently I am stuck with a $50 phone case I can’t even use.
Unfortunate and terrible customer service. It makes you as a customer feel taken advantage of.

I had a clear case that was starting to yellow. So I contacted tech21 and explained my issue. Customer service was eager to help. Obviously there was nothing they could do to fix the case so they replaced it free of charge. All done within the matter of a week and a half. Service was great!

Excellent cover for s22+ it's smart fit's really well perfect tight fit to give maximum protection also got the screen protector to go with it

Appalling customer service.
I bought a phone case in Jan 2023 from Tech21 website. The product description on Tech21 website does not match to the product I received.
I have been using Tech21 products since 2016. This was my 9th product from Tech21. But never again I am going to buy a Tech21 product for the worst of the customer service they provided.

I was excited to receive the phone covers but they did not fit. Very disappointed, your customer service quickly replied to me when I reached out for help and reimbursed me back. I appreciate the good customer service. Thanks!

Good case for phone. But it did say it would be clear... turns out to be tinted blue. Wrote to company to say... maybe I got sent the wrong one. Customer service Replied: Thats how the soft case for i phone looks, if you want completely clear it would be another type of case. But please dont state on your web site the wrong description then. Slightly disappointed.

I needed to make a return but they were changing their systems and could not accommodate me. They refunded my money without a return after about 2 weeks.
